MEP services

Brigade Partners LLC is a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor working across the UAE. We take building services from design review and shop drawings through installation, testing and commissioning, and we stay on after handover to maintain what we built.

HVAC and air conditioning

Chilled water and DX systems from plant room to diffuser, installed and balanced against the design intent rather than the drawing alone.

  • Chiller, AHU, FCU and FAHU installation
  • Chilled water pipework, insulation and pressure testing
  • GI and pre-insulated ductwork fabrication and installation
  • Air and water balancing, TAB reports
  • Kitchen and car park ventilation
  • VRF and split systems

Electrical and LV systems

Power distribution from the substation interface to the final circuit, with the testing records authorities and consultants actually ask for.

  • LV panels, MDBs, SMDBs and final distribution
  • Cable containment, tray and trunking systems
  • Power and lighting installation, small power
  • Earthing, bonding and lightning protection
  • Emergency lighting and standby generators
  • Testing, commissioning and DEWA/authority coordination

Plumbing and drainage

Potable water, drainage and irrigation built to survive UAE water conditions and the pressure tests that follow.

  • Domestic cold and hot water systems
  • Soil, waste and vent drainage
  • Storm water and sub-soil drainage
  • Pump sets, water tanks and booster systems
  • Sanitary ware installation and second fix
  • Irrigation and landscape water supply

Firefighting and fire alarm

Life safety systems designed and installed for Civil Defence approval, with the inspection sequence planned into the programme.

  • Sprinkler systems, wet and dry risers
  • Fire pump rooms and hydrant networks
  • Addressable fire alarm and detection
  • Fire extinguisher and hose reel installation
  • Smoke management and staircase pressurisation
  • Civil Defence submissions and inspection support

ELV, BMS and automation

The low-current layer that makes a building measurable: controls, monitoring and security, integrated rather than bolted on.

  • Building management systems and controls
  • CCTV, access control and intercom
  • Structured cabling and data networks
  • Public address and voice evacuation
  • Car park management and guidance
  • Integration with HVAC and electrical plant

Operations and maintenance

Planned preventive maintenance and 24/7 reactive cover, so plant reaches its design life instead of its warranty period.

  • Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
  • Planned preventive maintenance schedules
  • 24/7 reactive call-out and breakdown response
  • Chiller, pump and AHU servicing
  • Energy audits and system retrofits
  • Asset registers and condition reporting

How we work

Six steps from enquiry to maintenance

The same sequence runs on every job, whether it is a full MEP package or a single-discipline fit-out. It is what keeps approvals off the critical path.

  1. 01

    Enquiry and site review

We read the tender documents and walk the site before we price it, so the number you get accounts for what is actually there.

  2. 02

    Design review and shop drawings

Coordinated shop drawings and builder's work openings, clash-checked against the other trades before anything is cut.

  3. 03

    Procurement and approvals

Material submittals, consultant approvals and authority submissions tracked against the programme, not chased after it.

  4. 04

    Installation

Directly employed supervisors and technicians, with a documented HSE plan and weekly progress against a resourced schedule.

  5. 05

    Testing and commissioning

Pressure tests, balancing, functional testing and witnessed commissioning, with the records compiled as we go.

  6. 06

    Handover and maintenance

As-built drawings, O&M manuals and training, then a maintenance contract if you want the same team to keep it running.

Next step

Send us the drawings and we will price the scope

Tender documents, a BOQ or a set of consultant drawings is enough to start. We will tell you what is missing before we quote, not after.
